Ettalong Markets 2nd May 2012

Gametag will be at Ettalong Markets this weekend http://www.ettalongmarkets.com.au/index.php?section=1  come for a visit and pick a Gametag Special.......
the market is like a little mini shopping mall but all stalls with wonderful little cafes

Gametag at Ettalong Markets you can just see Kim behind with her wonderful home made Banana Bread

A lovely place, beautiful beaches and head land would make a wonderful place to retire.  My family for generations have always holidayed at The Entrance and I had never been to Ettalong I think I may just start watching the real estate there.

Moss Vale Markets Saturday and 42nd Annual Oyster Bay Art & Craft Festival Sunday

This weekend was another very busy market weekend Saturday off to Moss Vale south of Sydney and a very chilly morning it was.  I arrived at the market hopping out of the car to realise I wasn't wearing enough clothes (not to worry I managed to be next to someone who had spare gloves and a scarf which I gladly accepted), during the night they had gale wind bringing down trees and cutting power to a large near by town Mittagong. Some stall holders could not get off their properties due to power gates not working and fallen trees.  Moss Vale markets is a lovely country market and I was informed that two weeks ago Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban had sat down just near my stall spot to have a freshly made BBQ sandwich. I picked a beautiful home made jam and honey I love the feeling of buying from the person who made it.

Sunday was a sunny day spent at the 42nd Annual Oyster Bay Art & Craft Festival in Sydney.  I was able to wander through the rooms set up with art and crafts and came accross Jennifer Findlay with her hand made beads I love anything hand made and her beads are truely beautiful www.jenniferfindlay.com.au Lovely day with a great atmosphere hopefully I will be asked back next year.

The Crown Princess of Denmark, Princess Mary

The best thing about Gametag is being out and about at stalls and fairs I often end up talking to people about coming up the Gametag concept. I am constantly amazed at how many people give me tips or information that ends up leading to something wonderful.

Recently I was told to send Gametags to "our" Princess Mary which I did sending them to the palace and received this note back which I am thrilled to share with you...

I really appreciate all the tips and chats I have with people so please if you see me at a market near you or have a suggestion of a market near you please let me know.

A very busy week, this Wednesday at my usual Penrith Market.  A few stalls missing I hope it's not a sign of the times.  Saturday we were off to Tara's Great Day Out at the school where I spoke to a lady who asked if I would be interested in guest speaking so of course the answer it YES haven't done it before but definately willing to give it a go...

Today off we went to another of my favourite markets Maitland where I was blown away when I was asked for my autograph so so thrilled I even made a spelling mistake and had to write on another one. What a wonderful day it was....
